7/28/09 Day 100: Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of: 10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball 10 GHD Sit-ups 10 Back extensions
Scaled to 12 minutes instead since I’m doing Starting Strength.
8 rounds, 10 wall ball, 100 sit ups, 10 hip extensions. Or, 1 rep/1 second short of 9 full rounds.

Compare to 090411. I got 18:31 last time. Missed my previous mark by almost a minute and a half. However, my notes from last time seem a bit suspicious.
I rowed with straight arms, which only affected my 500 m pace by about 5 seconds.
The burpees were split 11/10.

Played hockey. Scored. Gave up a 2 goal lead and lost in shootout.
