- Tuna Mille-Feuille—“tuna, fuji apple, avocado, shiso and tobiko with apple vinegar and white balsamic sauce”
- Eel Napoleon—“an eclectic combination of eel, fried tofu, crispy potato chips, mashed eel, pumpkin and ginger with eel sauce”

- Caribbean Roll—“mango, avocado, yellowtail inside-out”
- Banana Boat Roll—“fried banana, spicy tuna inside-out”
