Ohh, it's the deep burn. Oh, it's so deep. Oh, I can barely lift my right arm 'cause I did so many. I don't know if you heard me counting. I did over a thousand.

7/24/09 Day 96: Workout

Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters

19:52

Compare to 090411.  I got 18:31 last time.  Missed my previous mark by almost a minute and a half.  However, my notes from last time seem a bit suspicious.

I rowed with straight arms, which only affected my 500 m pace by about 5 seconds.

The burpees were split 11/10.
