7/28/09 Day 100: Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions
Scaled to 12 minutes instead since I’m doing Starting Strength.
8 rounds, 10 wall ball, 100 sit ups, 10 hip extensions. Or, 1 rep/1 second short of 9 full rounds.
